The insurance is available for purchase within 5 days of reservation, advance payment, or ticket purchase.
The insurance starts with the date of departure.
We reimburse up to 100% of expenses associated with travelling or reservations.

What does insurance cover?
The policy covers the costs of cancellation of air tickets and accommodation. You can choose one of two options - a refund of 80% or 100% of the costs incurred.
We pay compensation if cancellation of tickets or departure or earlier return from departure were caused by, among others:
- an unfortunate accident of the Insured resulting in hospitalization,
- serious illness of the Insured resulting in a stay in a hospital,
- an accident or illness of a member of the Insured's family resulting in hospitalization,
- death of a member of the Insured's family,
- burglary, fire or flooding of the Insured's flat or house.
The insurance contract for the aforementioned costs may be concluded within 5 days of booking the tourist event / airline tickets / hotels and payment of part or all of the fee.

Osobie, której dane dotyczą, przysługuje prawo do żądania dostępu do danych osobowych, ich poprawiania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania lub prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych oraz do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego zajmującego się ochroną danych osobowych (zarówno w Polsce jak i w Luksemburgu), a także prawo do cofnięcia wyrażonej zgody. Podanie danych osobowych jest umowne, ale konieczne do kontaktu.

Important: For General Terms of international TRAVEL PROTECT Insurance, this insurance provides coverage for a foreigner’s travel outside of Poland and the country of residence.

The Insuring Party, being the consumer in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, is authorised to withdraw from the insurance agreement within 30 days of informing him
about the conclusion of the contract.
A written statement on withdrawal from the agreement shall be sent:
